Cottage
This four season cottage was completed on Lake Nipissing in Northern Ontario. This cottage features 3 bedrooms + a loft, 1 bathroom and a full size kitchen.

Detached Garage
This detached garage is a 24' x 20' with a 4/12 gable truss roof. Featuring 8' interior and 9' x 7' garage doors with privacy glass. This garage also had a 60 amp electrical service installed.

ADU
This project was the first approved ADU/SDU to be built in the Town of Essex. This 1338 square foot ADU has 9' ceilings and an unfinished 9' basement, hybrid energy efficient heating/cooling system, 200 amp electrical service, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it's own independent septic system.

LaSalle Addition
This project included a 2200 square foot addition. For this addition we had to demolish half of the existing house including removing the existing roof system to built up as well as 10' out the back and 22' off the side.

Extensive Addition & Gut
This project located in LaSalle featured two additions, outside covered pool bar, full interior gut down to the studs. All new electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Completely new exterior facade and front porch. All new custom windows & doors. This house is now 5 bedroom 5 bathrooms.

Windsor Addition/Renovation
Another contractor started this project but failed to following Ontario Building Code, the engineer drawings and the architect drawings. The house was left completely unliveable. We came in and saved this project and saw this full house gut and rebuild + addition to the end.

Exterior Renovation + Covered Porch Addition
This project located in Windsor featured a full exterior demolition. New concrete front porch, new covered porch addition, new roof, all new siding, stone, eavestrough, soffit and fascia. Completely transformed this house!
